Cheap phone calls i.e. all landline calls 0p per minute. That's 24/7, 365 days a year for however long you want to make it.

All calls cost 3p to set up the call. After registration dial 1899 then the complete number.

Just register a credit card which will be charged for any costs. Prices do change so keep an eye on them here
